Bob's Red Mill TVP is a vegan / vegetarian meat substitute made from reduced-fat soy beans. Each serving contains 12g of protein and is fat free.

A great replacement for ground meat in almost any recipe - use TVP to replace meat in chili, casseroles, sloppy joes, and much more! TVP has very little flavor and absorbs the flavor of whatever you add it to.

TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) has less fat and more protein than TSP (Textured Soy Protein).
