Return/replacement/refund policy:

We do our best at to make sure you get the right product and a quality product.

If your product is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the product being received, and we will ship you replacement products or issue store credit.

Damaged or Defective Food Items:
If an item is unusable due to damage or defect, please email us pictures and explain the damage or defect. We will issue a store credit or a replacement product.

Food Items You Don't Like:
No refunds, store credits, or replacements can be issued for food items you do not like (even if unopened). Taste is very personal; your favorite item may be another person's most hated and vise versa. We recommend trying one of our combo packs to help you find your favorites before you stock-up. We do not accept returns of food items (even if unopened).

Non Food Items:
If a non-food item is unopened/unused/undamaged, please contact us for a return authorization. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
