Return/replacement/refund policy:

We do our best at to make sure you get the right product and a quality product.

If your product is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the shipped date, and we will ship you replacement products or issue store credit.

Food Items:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of food items. Once a food item has left our warehouse it can not be re-sold to another customer. Returned food items will be disposed of. If you are not happy with an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us for a store credit or a replacement product.

Food Items You Don't Like:
Unfortunately, taste is very personal. Your favorite item may be another person's most hated and vise versa. We do not issue credits or refunds for items you do not personally like. We recommend trying one of our combo packs to help you find your favorites before you stock-up.

Non Food Items:
If a non-food item is unopened/unused/undamaged, please contact us for a return authorization. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
