100% plant-based egg replacer. Use in baking or even make scrambled eggs, omelets, and quiche! Provides structure, leavening, and moisture to replace eggs in baked goods.

Whisk 2 tablespoons of Follow Your Heart VeganEgg powder with 1/2 cup ice cold water to replace 1 egg.

Gluten free, egg-free, dairy-free, non-GMO,100% plant based egg replacer.

Each 4 oz. carton replaces 1 dozen XL eggs*

*some customers have reported the mix makes 8 GIANT eggs, not 12 large eggs. You may need to adjust your baking recipes slightly to compensate.
