Pan-Seared Oshi Fillet
1) Thaw the Oshi fillet in the fridge overnight.
2) Remove fillet from the wrapping and season to your liking.
3) Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
4) Cook the fillet, covered, 3-5 minutes per side until golden.
