What does "vegetarian" & "vegan" mean?
A vegetarian does not eat meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, or by-products of slaughter such as gelatin.

There are different degrees of vegetarianism. The two most common forms of vegetarianism are:

  • Lacto-ovo-vegetarian: Eats both dairy products and eggs. This is the most common type of vegetarian diet.*
  • Vegan: Does not eat dairy products, eggs, or any other animal product. Many vegans also abstain from using animal products such as leather and wool.

Where can I find the ingredient list and nutrition info for each product?
The ingredient list and nutritional information for each product is shown in the image gallery on each product detail page. The image gallery is located below the main product image. We typically show a high resolution scan of the product packaging, so you can see the nutritional information and the ingredients list supplied by the manufacturer.

The image gallery is currently only available on the full version of the website (not the mobile phone version).
