Plant based, vegan / vegetarian, creamy and zesty, cashew milk cheese wheel infused with real black truffles and white truffle oil.

Light, bright and with a hint of garlic. Traditionally cultured for authentic cheese flavor. A delicious, artisan vegan cheese spread for crackers, sandwiches, and so much more. For a firmer, sliceable cheese texture, freeze for 20-30 minutes, then slice and add to a charcuterie board, salad, and more. Note: this artisan vegan cheese does not contain added saturated fats or gums, so it will not melt like traditional cheese.

Storage Tips:
Refrigerate up to 10 days, or freeze up to 6 months. If you do not plan to consume the cheese within 10 days, but you want to leave it in the refrigerator longer, you can extent the refrigerator life by unwrapping the cheese, and wrapping it in wax paper then lightly wrap with plastic wrap to allow the condensation to dry out and the cheese to breathe. For longest storage, the manufacturer recommends freezing for up to 6 months.
