I got a recipe for them in my email and it told me to fry them.... which I've learned you shouldn't do.... because they dry out very easily..... but they are good if you put them in other things like if you were making stir fry.

I tried these for the first time last night. I soaked them in some Better than Boullion not chicken base. They plumped up and expanded well. I am gluten-free so I put gf Italian Panko crumbs and some gf baking mix flour in a ziploc. I drained the product and placed it in the bag and shook it. I heated a little healthy oil up and placed them in the pan, fried a little and then drained on a paper towel. They were amazing and so good. They have a great texture and are NOT TOUGH!!! Quick and easy.... Healthy too! I only pan fry every once in a while but this was a great treat! Next, I am going to marinade and get ready for grill season! Love the fact they are non-gmo. Great product and so simple to utilize!!!It would be great to soak them in a beef or French onion soup base to make like a French Dip sub for those who may like those. God bless!

Cutlets not so good

I did not like these at all. I soaked them twice and they still were too chewy. That would have been okay, but the flavor was not good. I spiced them to the best of my ability, but could not get a flavor that I enjoyed.

Love These Veggie Cutlets!

These are bigger than most other vegetarian cutlets on the market, so they are very versatile. I love that they are made of pinto beans, and they have great texture.
