Many egg replacers on the market are only designed to replace the baking properties of eggs. The Vegg is designed to replace the TASTE AND the cooking properties of egg yolks!

The Vegg vegan egg yolk is a powdered mix. Just blend with water to create a vegan egg yolk replacement! Each canister makes about 99 egg yolks!
"How do you use The Vegg?" "How to I mix the Vegg?" Follow these tips for great results!
1) Do not mix The Vegg by hand. For best results use a blender.
2) For 2-3 yolks, blend 1 tsp Vegg powder with 1/4 cup water in a mini blender.
3) You can blend the entire contents of the bag with 4 cups water to make 30-40 yolks.
4) You can store The Vegg mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze it for longer. Some separation may occur - for best texture, re-blend before using.

The Vegg French Toast Recipe:

Makes 3-4 Servings of vegan French toast.
The Vegg Vegan French Toast Instructions:
Blend 4 tsp Vegg powder with 1.5 cups soymilk for 15 seconds
Pour into large, flat bowl or high-sided plate
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on the liquid mixture and whisk for 10 seconds.
Cut sourdough bread into 1" slices.
Dip slice in mixture (both sides) for 10 seconds each side.
Fry in vegan margarine. Don't flip until crispy golden brown on bottom.
Flip and brown other side.
Plate and serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
Cooking Tips for The Vegg:
1. DO NOT MIX BY HAND-RESULTS WILL NOT BE SMOOTH-USE A BLENDER.
2. DO NOT TRY TO FRY THE VEGG MIXTURE WITHOUT ADDING A THICKENING INGREDIENT SUCH AS A STARCH.
3. FREEZE OR REFRIGERATE AFTER EACH USE. THE VEGG CAN LAST IN REFRIGERATOR 2-3 WEEKS AND LONGER IN THE FREEZER.
4. RE-BLEND BEFORE EACH USE.
5. FOR SWEET RECIPES THAT INVOLVE BAKING OR FRYING YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE VEGAN MILKS FOR WATER AS THE LIQUID THAT IS TO BE MIXED WITH THE VEGG POWDER. THIS WILL MAKE A THICKER YOLK MIXTURE TEXTURE, IE FRENCH TOAST, CAKE MIXES ETC.
6. TO MAKE A YOLK SHAPE EITHER SPHERIFY (SEE VIDEO ON THE DETAILS PAGE) OR POUR INTO YOLK-SHAPED VESSELS AND FREEZE.
7. MAKING A VEGG FRIED EGG, PATTY OR OMELETTE IS A MULTI-STEP PROCESS.
