Make delicious vegan / vegetarian enchiladas simply!

For traditional enchiladas, mix this seasoning packet with water and tomato sauce, then simmer. Prepare 1 lb of your favorite "beef" substitute/alternative, spoon the sauce onto tortillas, top with Fake Meats, cheese or cheese alternative. Roll your tortillas tightly, place them in an 11x17 baking dish, cover with the remaining sauce, and bake for 15 minutes.
