The Vegg vegan egg yolk is a powdered mix. Just blend with water to create a vegan egg yolk replacement! Each package makes about 200 egg yolks!

1) For best results use a blender.
2) For 4 yolks, blend 1 tsp Vegg powder with 1/4 cup water in a blender.
3) You can store The Vegg mixture in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze it for longer. Some separation may occur - for best texture, re-blend before using.

The Vegg French Toast Recipe:

Makes 3-4 Servings of vegan French toast.

The Vegg Vegan French Toast Instructions:

• Blend 4 tsp Vegg powder with 1.5 cups soymilk for 15 seconds
• Pour into large, flat bowl or high-sided plate
• Sprinkle ground cinnamon on the liquid mixture and whisk for 10 seconds.
• Cut sourdough bread into 1" slices.
• Dip slice in mixture (both sides) for 10 seconds each side.
• Fry in vegan margarine. Don't flip until crispy golden brown on bottom.
• Flip and brown other side.
• Plate and serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Basic Dippy Eggs

The Veg Basic Dippy Eggs Instructions:

• Blend 1 tsp mix with 1/4 cup water and warm up in microwave or stovetop.
• Toast bread and spread with vegan margarine.
• Slice into strips and dip into the warm Vegg yolk.
