Dixie Diners' Club - Carver's Choice Cuts:
This vegan / vegetarian meat replacement is a great substitute for chicken, pork, OR beef. These small pieces of protein-packed goodness, have a tender texture similar to pulled chicken, pork, or slow cooked roast. Similar to "Chicken" (Not!), but smaller and more tender. Carver's Choice Cuts are a great meat replacement for sandwiches, casseroles, pasta, and more!
Just cover in hot water for 5 minutes, then saute for a tender, pull-apart meat replacement.

1) Rehydrate Carver's Choice Cuts by covering it with water then...
2) Let rest for 5 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes
3) Drain the Carver's Choice Cuts and press out as much liquid as possible
4) After pressing out the liquid, saute in oil for a wonderfully tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture
5) Carver's Choice Cuts have no flavor on their own, so flavor with Chik-Style Seasoning, Not-Beef Bouillon, or one of our other great vegetarian / vegan seasoning products!
This 1/2 pound bag makes approximately 2.53 lbs or 9 servings of vegan / vegetarian tender meat replacement.
